Some of our items, due to their special features, must meet the following

conditions to be returned:

Swimwear: Swimwear cannot be returned

+ Underwear: Underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned, except for

socks, tops, bodysuits and undershirts that must keep their original packaging

+ Pajamas: they can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as they were

purchased. Items with a bag must be returned together with it.

+ Accessories: they must be returned with their bag or with their original packaging, both must be

intact

+ Perfumes: must be returned in the original sealed packaging

+ Cosmetics: must be returned in the original sealed packaging
