Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

- Swimwear: swimwear cannot be returned;
- Lingerie: lingerie items cannot be exchanged or returned, except for socks, tights, tops, bodysuits, and intimate shirts that retain the original packaging;
- Pajamas: pajamas can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased. Items with a bag must be returned with it;
- Accessories: must be returned with their bag or original packaging intact;
- Perfumes: must be returned in the original sealed packaging;
- Cosmetics: must be returned in the original sealed packaging;
