In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make a new delivery scheduled for the following day. If the second delivery also fails, simply contact our Customer Service who will get in touch with the shipping service to schedule another delivery as soon as possible.

If during the delivery of the goods you notice that the package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, ask the courier to accept the package with RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE and then contact our Customer Service providing photos and further details.
