Shipping and costs

Coccolebimbi.com ships worldwide via BRT, DHL and FEDEX couriers.
Shipping costs vary from country to country, as indicated in the table below.

Duties, taxes and billing

All orders shipped to Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Germany do not have the invoice.
All orders shipped to all other countries have the invoice.

Depending on the Country of reference, duties and taxes may be included or excluded (refer to the previous table).
If they are included, the customer will not have to pay any additional costs either when ordering or at the time of delivery.
If, on the other hand, duties and taxes are excluded, these will be charged to the customer and will be calculated by the courier at the time of delivery. The price shown for each item does not include VAT.

Order tracking

When the package is entrusted to the courier, the customer receives an automatic e-mail containing a tracking number through which he/she can monitor the package 24/7.

Delivery information

It is not possible to deliver the package in countries other than those indicated in the billing address. Furthermore, the package cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

Possible delays

The shipping times indicated represent the standard times within which orders are delivered, but there may be small variations during promotional periods and public holidays. Furthermore, our couriers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and on the following days:
January 1st and 6th
Easter and Easter Monday
April 25th
May 1st
June 2nd
August 15th
November 1st
December 8th, 25th and 26th

Acceptance "with reserve"

If, during the delivery of the goods, the customer notices that the package has been damaged or tampered with, he can ask the courier to accept the package with "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE" and then contact our Customer Service providing photos and more details. In the event that the courier does not provide the possibility to sign the package with reserve, the customer can refuse the package and report the incident to our Customer Service.

Conditions for Non-Collection

In case of non-collection, all shipping and return costs, as well as any applicable fees, will be charged and deducted from the amount paid.
