Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements for products and services are described in Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, which transposes EU Directive No. 2019/882.
Services are considered accessible if they can be provided and information can be used without discrimination, including by those who, due to disabilities, require assistive technologies or particular configurations.
We are committed to ensuring that the website is accessible and inclusive, guaranteeing that our web services can be used by everyone. To this end, we adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, achieving AA compliance level, so that our services can be used by all users.
Specifically, these guidelines are based on four fundamental principles:
- Perceivability
We ensure that all informational images include alt text, making them readable by screen readers. When designing our user interfaces, we pay close attention to sufficient color contrast to improve readability. Information and controls are presented in a way that can be perceived by the user. - Operability
Our interactive elements, such as forms and navigation menus, can almost entirely be used via keyboard. - Understandability
We use clear language to describe our products and service pages. Our navigation is structured in a clear and intuitive manner. - Robustness
The website is developed primarily using standardized and accessibility-optimized components. During development, we apply testing criteria derived from the WCAG guidelines to ensure compatibility with various browsers and assistive technologies. We regularly test the website to ensure the functionality and understandability of all features.

Compliance Status
This statement is updated as of 28.06.2025.
The website has undergone an initial technical analysis using automated tools and internal manual tests and is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
The website owner has initiated a structured accessibility remediation process in collaboration with specialized partners. The update tasks have been planned and assigned to Byte-Code S.p.A., under the operational coordination of our internal digital team.
The intervention plan includes a full review of the website, a revision of templates, correction of major accessibility issues, and systematic adoption of WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. This statement will be updated after the completion of the first remediation phase, scheduled for 15/04/2026.
As required by law, the website owner has activated a continuous accessibility monitoring system with the aforementioned technical and legal partners, including periodic external audits and technical checks for every major release. This process reflects the company’s commitment to progressively improving digital accessibility, ensuring inclusivity and non-discrimination.
Assessment Tools and Accessibility Percentage
At this initial stage, analyses are being conducted using code-scanning tools and simulated navigation tests; however, results are still being consolidated and subjected to cross-validation.
For this reason, a numerical accessibility percentage is not yet available, pending completion of the first audit phase and remediation activities. Nonetheless, the main areas of intervention have already been identified and mapped, with priorities assigned based on user impact.
An updated compliance percentage will be published together with the first statement update, upon completion of the initial technical review.
Description of How the Service Meets Accessibility Requirements
The service aims to significantly meet the accessibility requirements of Legislative Decree 82/2022, particularly with regard to:
- keyboard navigability of most essential features (search, product selection, cart, account);
- presence of descriptive alternative text for many product images and functional icons;
- use of coherent semantic structures in the HTML code and adoption of standard components compatible with assistive technologies;
- a hierarchical and linear content structure designed for simplified screen-reader interpretation;
- progressive standardization of color contrast and font size to improve readability;
- partial adoption of WCAG 2.1 AA principles, focusing on perceivability, operability and understandability.
- replicability of the user experience on mobile devices;
- technical validation of interactive forms, especially in authentication and payment processes;
- full screen-reader compatibility of promotional sections and advanced search filters.
Some requirements are still being implemented, particularly concerning:
To address these needs, a technical remediation process has been initiated, involving a multidisciplinary team consisting of frontend developers, external accessibility specialists and digital content reviewers. Work includes aligning the code with the harmonized EN 301 549 standard and WCAG 2.1 AA, in accordance with Article 12 of the decree.
The site will be progressively updated, with support from external audits, to ensure full compliance with applicable requirements and continuous improvement of the digital experience for all users, with or without disabilities.
Disproportionate Burden Exemptions
No disproportionate burden exemptions have been invoked or identified under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 82/2022. Therefore, the website will undergo full remediation to ensure compliance with current accessibility requirements, without exceptions. The remediation plan thus includes interventions across all functional areas of the website.
Any residual limitations that may emerge during the process will be documented transparently and assessed individually.
